30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Le Kerms glasses. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code greater than 20% off are final sale and not eligible for returns.
